I've built and grown Design department and was responsible for all Design Operations. I managed 10 designers in total.

My responsibilities were:

• Growing and evolving design team
• Hiring people with the right skills, which include: CV and portfolio reviews, creating test exercises, reviews and provide feedback to all candidates, making hiring decision, building and implementation of the onboarding process
• One-to-one meetings with designers
• Create company design standards and guidelines
• Creating efficient workflows
• Improving the quality and impact of design outputs
• Design reviews for the team
• Individual approach for motivation and high performance
• Conducting lectures
• Mentorship
